Solicitor – Director
Kym began his career with Public Trustee of New South Wales working in Broken Hill and Sydney. His main role with Public Trustee was in estate administration.
Kym left Public Trustee in 1989 and commenced working with a Broken Hill solicitor where he worked in conveyancing and estate administration. Kym was admitted as a NSW Solicitor in 1999 and has continued to work in Broken Hill.
In 2010 Kym commenced legal practice with Paul Walton as Visser and Walton Solicitors.
Kym practices in the following areas;
- residential, rural and commercial conveyancing
- business sales and purchases
- estate administration
- wills, powers of attorney and appointments of enduring guardians.
Karen Ford commenced working at the ANZ Bank Broken Hill in 1984 and worked in various roles with the last 10 years in the lending area.
She left ANZ in 2002 to commence employment at a Broken Hill law firm to assist with conveyancing matters.
Karen was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 2009.
In 2010 she started her current role as Practice Manager with Visser and Walton Solicitors handling administration and continues to be involved in conveyancing matters.
Kristine Masclet has some 22 years experience in the banking and conveyancing industry.
Kristine worked in the banking industry for 15 years with 7 years in the general banking sector and over 8 years in the lending and mortgages section.
In 2002, Kristine completed her conveyancing studies and in 2005 obtained her Conveyancers Licence. During this time she worked for a period of 8 years for a Dubbo firm before transferring to Broken Hill. Having five years away from the industry Kristine joined Visser and Walton Solicitors in July 2012 and is involved in the Conveyancing area.
